This iconic former chocolate factory has been converted into a mixed-use development, home to an assisted-living complex, leisure facilities, a care home and office space. Tongs was delighted to complete a CAT A office fit-out refurbishment across all five floors of the building, as well as a full commercial electrical installation, testing & commissioning for two floors.
