A project doesn’t just happen. It requires teamwork, careful management and reliable, proactive professionals. You can count on Tongs to get the job done – without giving you a headache. Our name is attached to our work so you can relax, safe in the knowledge that we’ll work hard to deliver a project that does justice to your good name.
We’re known for our positivity and our customer-centric approach. Relationships are key to how we work and we’re proud of the fact that our clients are happy to recommend us. That doesn’t mean we’re a pushover though! We’ll ask questions, make suggestions and push for clarity on your plans. You can put our fifteen years’ experience to good use and challenge us to find a way around problems and bumps in the road.
Our mission is simple. To always deliver the best job possible, because “it’s good enough” won’t do.
During the tender period for the electrical installation package, it was obvious that Tongs Electrical Services (TES) new the granular detail of the actual installation requirements on site. This gave the Lorne Stewart Project Team that they were a good selection to be a partner of choice for Lorne Stewart’s requirements on the SMG Project.
Kai and Sacha’s enthusiastic engagement at that time was also consistent throughout the SMG project after they were awarded the contract. They always had a proactive and flexible approach to address and identify the challenges, which can transpire on a construction site, as well as promote solutions. The meticulous approach of the TES workforce was reflected in the quality of their work on site, which was commented on by LSE’s Directors as well as the Project’s Professional Team. I look forward to being able to work with TES again, in the not too distant future
Kai and Sacha Tong, two brothers from Bristol, formed the business in 2014. Both electricians, they decided to combine their individual experience and go into partnership. They started the company from their bedrooms at their mum’s house; though their beginnings were humble, joining forces and taking people on meant they were able to win bigger and bigger projects – and delight clients while they were at it.
Today, Tongs have good relationships with regional and national contractors, and employ large teams to deliver high-quality work. The size of the business may have grown, but the brothers’ outlook remains the same: bring solutions not problems, work with a smile, and be available for clients. That means in real life, not just at the end of an email!
This positive attitude has led Kai and Sacha to where they are today: helping M&E contractors deliver stunning projects on time and on budget.
So, what are you waiting for? Talk to us about your project today. Perhaps we can make it even better than you thought it could be.
